Welcome to Lens N Frames. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchases from our online store (lensnframes.store).

2Market & Currency

Our storefront operates strictly within India. All orders, transactions, pricing, and invoices are conducted exclusively in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹). We do not support cross-border or international shipments outside India.

3Ordering & Payment Methods

We offer two secure payment options for our customers:

• Order via WhatsApp & UPI: When selecting this method, your order is reserved in our system, and you are directed to chat with our team on WhatsApp (+91 9867361728). Our team provides our verified UPI QR code (supporting Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and bank UPI apps). Once your UPI payment is confirmed by our team, your order moves to processing.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): You may choose to pay the full invoice amount in cash directly to the courier delivery agent when your parcel arrives at your delivery address. No advance payment is collected for COD orders.

Please note: We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers on our website.

4Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of an order strictly on the same calendar day the order was placed.

To cancel a same-day order, contact our support team immediately at support@lensnframes.store or message us on WhatsApp at +91 9867361728 with your order number. Orders that have already moved past same-day cut-off or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

5Return Policy

Our return window is 7 days from the confirmed date of delivery.

Returns are accepted ONLY in the event that the wrong product was delivered. Products must have no physical damage, and the original protective case and cloth must be returned. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

6No Warranty Disclaimer

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, products sold by Lens N Frames are provided without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or frame longevity. We encourage customers to inspect products promptly upon arrival.

7User Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and any purchase contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or purchases made on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
