1Delivery Coverage: India Only

Lens N Frames ships exclusively to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not provide international shipping or cross-border deliveries. All parcels are dispatched from our studio in Thane, Maharashtra.

2Studio Preparation & Packaging

Every order is carefully inspected, aligned, and packed in protective packaging before dispatch.

• Included with every frame: A protective hard case and a microfiber cleaning cloth.
• Orders are processed during regular studio business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding national and state holidays).

3Shipping Methods

Depending on your delivery address and preferences at checkout, we offer:

* Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or regional restrictions.

4Real-Time Tracking

Once your order is picked up by our logistics courier (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, or India Speed Post), we generate a tracking number and send an automated dispatch email with a direct tracking link.

You can also check your live order and shipment status at any time via:

• Your customer account under Account → Orders.
• Direct lookup via order number and registered email on our order status endpoint.

5Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

For customers selecting Cash on Delivery:

• Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel and provide exact cash payment to the courier agent.
• Couriers do not accept opened parcel inspections prior to payment collection. Once payment is handed to the courier, the package will be handed over to you.
